SWAPPERS SECTION
Sale coops will be available at $3.00 each. Sale Coops are limited to 4 LF or 6 Bantams per cage. Coops do not
have to be paid for in advance, but must be reserved on the entry blank. Fairground rules prohibit selling outside the
building. Spaces are available for exhibitors only. All sale birds must be Pullorum – typhoid tested and you must
have your forms with you in order to sell.
Upon entering with birds for sale, you must provide a copy of Pullorum-Typhoid testing for the swap
supervisor to keep in our files. This is in addition to any forms you turned in with your entry and in addition to
any forms you need for the buyers. We do not have a copy machine available to us on the fairgrounds, so please make
the appropriate copies in advance.–Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture requirement.

SET UP DATE
We will set up cages on Saturday September 18, 2010 at 9am – 1:30pm. Lunch is provided.
TAKE DOWN
Immediately after birds are released on Sunday, we begin to take down cages and clean buildings. All are welcome to
join us and a Lunch is provided. Even if you can help for just an hour or so it would help immensely.
PLEASE NOTE:
Columbia County Fairgrounds prohibits any alcoholic beverage on the Fairgrounds.

EXHIBITORS TABLE
Upon arrival, please report to our Exhibitors table. You will be assigned your exhibitors number and receive an
exhibitor list. We can also help you with information on the Portage area. We’ll look forward to seeing you.
RAFFLE – AUCTION
Don’t miss our raffle and auction. It will be held Sunday morning at approximately 9:00 a.m.

SATURDAY EVENING HOSPITALITY
We will be holding a Hospitality Evening this year on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in the Showroom at the
Fairgrounds. It is a chance to visit with other exhibitors and talk over the show. There is no cost.
SHOW HEADQUARTERS
Our Show Headquarters for our 2010 show will be at ―THE RIDGE MOTOR INN‖, 2900 New Pinery Road, Portage,
WI 53901. For Reservation call 1(877)742-5306 or 1(608)742-5306. The rate for 1 & 2 adults will be $62.00 plus
taxes per night, and the rooms are held until September 1st, 2010. Ask for WI International Poultry Club block.
