Wisconsin International Poultry Club Youth Photography Contest
If you love taking pictures of your birds and want to enter them in a contest with cool prizes, then here is your chance! You may enter as many photos of domesticated poultry as you like.
Rules and Guidelines for the Contest
1. There will be an entry fee of $1 per photo, cash or check is accepted.
2. You may enter as many photos as you like, so long as you pay the entry fee for each photo.
3. The prizes will go to different people so no one person wins all of the prizes for that category.
4. The photo must be taken of domesticated show poultry (ducks, geese, turkeys, pigeons, chickens, guineas). All photos of wild animals (raptors, song birds, pheasants, wild pigeons, wild turkeys, etc.) will NOT be considered.
5. All photos submitted must be 8x10 and unframed/ unmatted.
6. Titles or captions are encouraged and will be placed on the calendar.
7. All photos will be judged on quality, clarity, and composition. The bird(s) should be the main subject.
8. All entries become property of the Wisconsin Youth Poultry Program and may be reproduced.
9. Final entry date for the photos is September 18. The photos must be postmarked by this date or they will not be considered. The photos will be on display at the Wisconsin International Poultry Show
10. All the entries must have an entry form taped to each entry.
